ConvertIQ avoids claiming a cookie or analytics setup that has not been enabled in production.
Essential technology
Cloudflare may use strictly necessary network, security and load-management technologies to serve and protect the website. These are used to deliver the service rather than to build advertising profiles.
Optional analytics
The site loads one analytics destination only when a valid Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics identifier is configured. If enabled, it records privacy-safe interaction events such as CTA clicks, journey selections and confirmed form delivery. Form values, email addresses and calculator inputs are not included in those event payloads.
Current behaviour when analytics is not configured
No Google analytics script is loaded when neither production identifier is present. Internal browser events may still help the interactive experience respond locally; they are not delivered to an external analytics service on their own.
Managing cookies
You can inspect, block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking essential security or session technologies can affect website availability. If non-essential analytics requiring consent is enabled for a relevant jurisdiction, a suitable consent mechanism must be added before relying on it.
Changes and questions
This policy must be revised if ConvertIQ changes analytics tools, activates advertising technology or introduces another storage purpose. Questions can be sent to hello@convertiq.co.za.
