How enquiry data is handled.
This notice explains the data processed when you use the ConvertIQ website or request a Revenue Leakage Audit.
Information we collect
The audit form asks for your name, company, work email, commercial question and, optionally, approximate monthly enquiries and current systems. Technical request data may also be processed by Cloudflare to deliver and secure the website.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to validate, route and respond to your request, understand the commercial question you want to investigate and maintain appropriate records of the conversation. We do not send form values to website analytics.
How an enquiry is submitted
The website validates the form in your browser and again on the server before routing it to ConvertIQ for a response. A success message appears only after the receiving service accepts the request. If online delivery is unavailable, you can email hello@convertiq.co.za.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and request processing. ConvertIQ may also use a customer-relationship or email service to receive and manage enquiries. Optional Google analytics services load only when enabled for the production website. These providers may process data in other countries under their own contractual and security arrangements.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only for as long as reasonably required to respond, manage a prospective or active commercial relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Retention may differ where a longer period is required by law.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or raise a privacy question by emailing hello@convertiq.co.za. ConvertIQ will respond in accordance with the law that applies to the request.
Security and spam prevention
The form uses browser and server validation, request-size controls, a spam trap and request-rate controls. No internet transmission is risk-free, and these measures do not guarantee absolute security.
Changes
This notice may be updated when website processing, service providers or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the current notice.
