Information, not advice or a guarantee
Website content explains ConvertIQ’s approach to revenue systems intelligence. It is general information, not legal, tax, financial or accounting advice and not a promise of a particular commercial result.
Illustrative demonstrations
Interfaces, evidence records, journey figures and diagnostic findings labelled as illustrative or demonstration data are fictional examples used to explain a method. They are not customer results, case studies or verified performance claims.
Calculator estimates
Revenue Leakage Calculator outputs depend entirely on the assumptions entered. They are directional estimates for investigation, not forecasts, valuations or statements that all exposed opportunity can be recovered.
Engagements
A Revenue Leakage Audit request begins a conversation only. Scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, data access, confidentiality, intellectual property and performance expectations must be agreed separately in writing.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful evaluation of ConvertIQ. Do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass controls, introduce malicious code, scrape personal data or submit misleading, abusive or unlawful material.
Intellectual property
The ConvertIQ name, site design, explanatory content, software demonstrations and underlying code or systems are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership is transferred by allowing access to the website.
Availability and third parties
The website may change or be temporarily unavailable. References to third-party platforms describe possible data sources and do not imply endorsement or partnership. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ConvertIQ is not responsible for decisions made solely from illustrative website information or calculator outputs. Any enforceable limits and exclusions should be confirmed for the responsible legal entity and jurisdiction before launch.
